Not everyone is going to be impacted by everything on this list. If you are not experiencing something on this list, please don’t panic! You should not expect the issue to start occurring for you, but we’d like you to be aware of what issues are being worked on, and how that impacts any fixes for the issues you are experiencing.

Hotfix deployed - resolved pending further issues
Syncing issues: these include never-ending syncs, one or two calendars within a firm not syncing when the rest do, calendars not staying synced after being added to Actionstep, etc. We have deployed a fix that we are optimistic will address and resolve these syncing issues. If you are experiencing issues with syncing, please remove your Outlook calendar and re-add it.
Matter data associations: We have a fix via a script to re-associate matter data. If your appointments do not have their matter data associated correctly, please submit a support ticket here.
