In this article, we will discuss the calendar settings you need to configure in order to display the correct date and time for calendar appointments.
1.) Computer Settings
First, it is important to double-check your computer timezone settings. To ensure your computer updates your timezone automatically, make sure the "Set time zone automatically" setting is enabled.
2.) My Profile Settings
In Actionstep, you'll want to check the time zone settings in your "My Profile". To get to your "My Profile" select your name on the right side of the screen.
Scroll down until you see "Locale". In this section, select your correct time zone.
3.) General Settings
Next, you want to make sure you have the correct time zone in your system preferences. Navigate to Admin > General Settings > At the top of the page, you will see "Default Time Zone" next to "Business Details".
4.) Calendar Settings
Lastly, if you're using an Exchange calendar, go to Calendar > Select the arrow by your Exchange Calendar and select "Edit". Here, you'll see "Meeting Time zone" listed under "Additional Exchange Server Settings".
