In this article, we'll look at how to record phone call details in Actionstep.
This feature is in early access and may need to be turned on for your system in Admin > General settings > enable Feature preview > Features in early access > enable Phone Calls.
How to create a phone call in Actionstep.
First please take note that Actionstep does not physically record phone calls. We only track the time of the call and who it's from, users will have to manually add the details.
Open any matter you are working in that you want to have a phone call detail and hover over the "Comms" tab and you will see an option for "Phone Calls" appear in the drop down.
Once selected you will see a green "Create Phone Call" button in the top right of the page.
After selecting the Create button a new window will appear and there is where you will enter the data of the phone call.
Once data is entered just select save and then you have successfully created a phone call into Actionstep.
