Actionstep has the ability to hide system users from seeing the Reporting Menu Item on the Home screen
How to set this up
There are 5 permission places that need to be disabled to remove the Reports tab.
You need someone with account authority to go to Admin>Users & Permission> Menu Permissions>Accounting_Main_Menu - Reports is "Unticked"
Admin>Users & Permission> Menu Permissions> Actionstep_Main_Menu - Reports "Unticked" and Dashboard "Unticked"
Admin>Users & Permission> Menu Permissions>Crm_Main_Menu - Reports is "Unticked"
Admin>Users & Permission> Menu Permissions>Trust_Menu - Reports is "Unticked"
