In this Article, you will learn how to enable the Actionstep Plugin in outlook after its been installed and not showing.
This article references the Actionstep for Windows plugin. The term "Add-in" is used due to that being displayed in Outlook. Please, see this article for information about the Actionstep Office 365 Add-in.
After you installed the plugin and its still now working follow these steps.
Options will be near the bottom of the file menu.
Now once in the options menu you will see a add-in tab. Select the add in tab and you will see this page below.
As you can see that under the Inactive Application Add-in section you see the Actionstep Outlook Add-in.
Also under the Disabled Application Add-ins it can also appear there as well.
Once you have found the application add-in, in Manage section make sure the COM Add-ins is selected and select go.
This window will appear.
Make sure the Actionstep is select and has a check mark then select ok in the top right. Once that is done Actionstep should now be in the top section un Active Application Add-ins.
If Actionstep Outlook Add-in is located in the Disabled section just select the drop down under Managed to Disable.
Again if it is disabled select Actionstep and select enable.
