This article will show you how to change the assigned user in the case that the user is no longer working in your office but still has matters assigned to them.
To do this:
- Go to the matter you know that the user is assigned to
- Select the "i" icon next to the matter title
- Once selected, select "Edit"
- After you select "Edit", a new window will appear. Select the "Assigned to" drop-down and choose a new user to own the matter.
You can do this to all matters deemed necessary.
