This article will go over how to check all the payments that have been entered into your Actionstep system.
Very simple navigate and hover over the Billing section in the black bar at the top of Actionstep. When the drop-down appears select on "Payments".
This will bring up a list of all payments that have been made into your Actionstep system. Here if you need to check on a payment from a client, company, etc.
Each column will have certain data to let you know what type of transaction it was as well as what account the money was deposited into, who the client was, and the amount. If there was a transaction that was done in error you are able to delete this payment.
Note: If you have QuickBooks or Xero integration added into your system you will have to unlink them first.
