In this article, you will learn how to create a basic time entry.
Creating a Time Entry
To create a time entry, click on the 'Global Create Button' and select 'Time Entry' from the resulting drop-down menu. Doing so will open up the 'Create time entry' window in the form of a pop-up, as per the screenshot below.
At the most basic level, you will only need to specify a date and the amount of time worked to be able to create/save the time entry.
Editing a Time Entry
If you would like to add more details to an entry or update some of the existing information, navigate to Timesheet > Today.
If you are looking for an entry that was created on a different date, click on the date picker and select a date. You will then see the entry under the 'Time entries' section. Click on the entry to edit any of the information you have previously entered.
