In this article, you will learn how to customize the company logo that is displayed in various documents generated within the system.
You can access the company logo by navigating to:
Admin -> General -> System Preferences
Uploading Your Logo
On this page, there is a section called 'Company Logos'. There are two different logos - The 'Main company logo' is displayed at the bottom of each of the main screens in Actionstep, and the 'Document assembly logo' is used for any document templates that use the logo merge field. You can click on the 'Replace this logo' button to upload a new Logo within this section. Ideally, the uploaded logo should be in one of the following file formats:
- PNG (recommended)
The recommended size is 200 x 60 (pixels) for the 'Main company logo' and 200~400 x 60~120 (pixels) for the 'Document assembly logo'.
