FAQ

The document can sometimes take some time to open. Allow for 10 seconds on a normal internet connection.
Also, one or both of the issues listed under “Common Issues” (above) might be causing the document to not load correctly.
Try refreshing the tab or closing the tab completely and attempting to open the document again.
Q: What if I want to change the Office 365 account I use to edit documents with?
You will need to sign out of the Office 365 account you have used to log in. To do this, open an Office Online product such as Word Online or Outlook Online. Click on the menu button in the top left of the screen and click on Office 365.
On the resulting screen, click on the icon in the top right of the screen that represents the user who is currently logged in, then choose Sign out.
You will be prompted to log back in again when you next go to open a new document with Office Online (see “Opening a document in Office Online for the first time” above).
