Overview
Actionstep provides a simple way to quickly glean your workload for the day. This is through the Calendar on the home screen, which uses a heatmap to denote time entered on your calendar.
The colors denote the portion of the day allocated to calendar appointments.
Note: The heatmap will only display based on events entered on calendars added by the current user. |
Understanding the Heatmap Colors
The calendar panel located on the home screen. To display a quick denotation of time allocated on the calendar, it displays days in 5 colors.
White/Blue
Days that display a white color have no appointments. If this is the current day, it will display as blue.
Yellow
If the day has .5 to 1.5 hours allocated on the calendar, the color of the day will be yellow.
Light Organge
If the day has 2 to 3 hours allocated on the calendar, the color of the day will be light orange.
Dark Orange
If the day has 3.5 to 6 hours allocated on the calendar, the color of the day will be dark orange.
Pink
If the day has more than 6 hours allocated on the calendar, the color of the day will be pink.
