Overview
The Launch Pad may be the first screen you see when logging into Actionstep. It is the screen from which you select the system you want to access.
To get to the Launch Pad from within the System

Hover over your company name (in the top left corner of your Actionstep screen) > Launch Pad

Switching between systems
The Launch Pad is useful when your login has access to more than one database or system, and allows you to easily switch between them. In the below screenshot, I have access to the 'OrgCom' database, as well as the 'OrgCom Express' database. Just click to enter.
Finding your Org Key
When making a request to Actionstep Support, you may be required to confirm the Org Key of the database you are working in. This can be found on the Launch Pad within the database box.

You can make the Launch Pad your default screen after logging in by going to My Profile (your name in the top-right of the screen). Turn 'Always show launchpad' to On.
