Overview
To generate a template
From within a matter click on the Documents icon and choose "Generate".
Select the Template from the list, then click "Generate" at the bottom of the form.
The HotDocs interview form will appear with some of the fields pre-populated from the Action data.
Once you have completed the interview the document will assemble and you can choose to download it, edit it in Word, or email it.
To regenerate an existing document
Click on the icon next to the document name in the document list.
Choose "Continue" from the popup menu.

Sample HotDocs Package
Here is a simple employment agreement in HotDocs that you can use for testing. Simply upload it as you would any other document template in Actionstep. Go to Admin > Action Types, then select an Action Type and open the editor and click on the Doc Templates tab and upload this package.
