The first thing to note is that all trust reports are now filed under Reports → Trust Reports.List View Reports.
You can filter this list view to find the reports that are relevant to you by clicking on the Filter button in the top-left corner.
You may find that with the migration to Trust V3, certain report permissions have been reset, which you configure by clicking on Admin, to bring up the Configure Report Permissions option.
From this page, simply tick the boxes that correspond to the relevant system roles and reports.
