Overview
If you want to capture other contact information in your contact records then make sure the "Additional Contact Information" panel is enabled for the "Individual" base participant type.
To do this go to Admin > Additional Settings > Participant Types and select the number in the 'Panel Count' column. (12 in the image below)
Ensure that the Additional Contact Information panel is assigned a column and row.
This provides an area on the contact record to display additional information.
