Merging Logos

Overview

Quite often you want to include the company logo in the letterhead or have different logos for each division.

 

Divison Logo Merge Field

To do this use a special merge field called DivisionLogo with the pt options starting with div_ _ (see Merge Field Option).

Example: [[DivisionLogo|pt=div__action|width=328|height=73]] will insert the logo for the division associated with the current action.

You can adjust the size of your logo using width= and hight= as shown in the example.

 

 

 

NOTE

Merging logos are only available for Practice Pro and PracticePro + Accounting databases. For Express databases, you would need to update your database to use this feature.

If you want to insert a logo outside the context of an action (for example in an invoice/check template) then you can use pt=Div__user as the option.
