Overview
Actionstep provides a flexible bi-directional way to relate contacts to each other. Rather than a strict hierarchy of Company->Contacts, in Actionstep you can relate any contact to any other contact.
Forward and Reverse Relationships
Relationships from one contact to another is called a forward relationship. You can also specify a reciprocal or "Reverse" relationship between the contacts. For example the forward relationship between contact A and contact B might be called "Father" but the reverse relationship (Contact B to Contact A) could be called "Daughter".
You can maintain contact relationships when editing the contact record.
You can view the relationships between contacts by clicking on the Relationships tab inside the contact record or clicking on the "Relations" column in the contact list.
