Actionstep Trust accounting comes with four different types of templates that you can use in relation to your trust documents Deposit Slip templates, Receipt Templates, Payment Confirmation Templates and Statement templates.

Note: Navigation has changed since recording the video. Trust Accounting admin is now located in Admin > Trust Accounting.
If you upload a new template and would like a previously entered transaction to use the new template you have created it will not by default. Previous transactions will keep the original document you created so that your records match your clients. You can however regenerate a document.
For example, to regenerate a receipt go to your Received funds list (Trust > Receipts > Received funds list), tick the box beside the receipt you would like to regenerate and then click Regenerate Receipt PDF from the tool bar above.
