Web links allow you to place website addresses into the table of contents. This is useful for adding live content from the Internet into the Knowledge Base. Actionstep only saves the website address and not the content and therefore when a user clicks on a web link live content will be displayed.
To add a web link left-click on the topic and choose 'Add Web Link'. You can test the URL to see that it displays correctly before you save.
