We have identified an issue affecting some customers when assigning emails to Actionstep via the Outlook O365 Business Add-in. Some users may have been met with an ‘Assign When Folder Updates’ prompt and then subsequently have noticed the email has not assigned.
Due to the unpredictability of this issue, we have disabled the feature that allows draft (outgoing) emails to be assigned via the Outlook O365 Add-in. Please note that all users will still be able to assign sent emails to Actionstep using the Outlook Add-in.
