How to Delete a Matter – Actionstep

Overview

Sometimes you may need to delete specific matters from your database.

Navigate to the specific matter that needs to be deleted either from the matters list or the search bar. Once on the matter click on the Information "I" at the top next to the name of the matter. Then you will click on "Edit".

Once inside the edit screen you will click on "delete" to delete the matter from your database.

Note: You may get messages such as the one below that will prevent you from deleting a matter. You would need to then delete those entries in order to properly delete the matter.
