Why Isn't My Matter Listed in Mass Billing?

Overview

All matters included in the mass billing table must meet the following criteria:

• Matter must be billable

• The matter’s billing status must be set to active in the matter > matter billing options

• In the matter > Matter billing options: the matter must not be excluded from Mass billing

  • 

• Matter must not have a bill in draft

• Matter must have billable party (primary participant)
