You may want Actionstep to automatically mark inbound emails as read after being forwarded to your login email address.
Please navigate to your my profile page by clicking on your name in the top right-hand corner.
You will then want to navigate to: Inbound email. You will want to make sure "Forwarding" is switched on. Once that is turned on you can turn on "Mark as read after forwarding". This will allow emails to be marked as read.
