Birthday Report for contacts

Overview

Actionstep can display contacts Birthday which you can filter to display upcoming Birthdays.

 

How to set this up

You would need to add a date of birth column to your custom contact list view, this is in Admin>Custom list views>Contact list view, you can edit and existing list view or create a new list view specifically for Birthday.

Once the contact list view is created you need to add a column which you can label "Birthday", the Data Source is "Participant" and the Participant Data is "Date of Birth"

Once the report is created, we can use the Filter and select the Birthday dropdown to filter the Anniversary date, an example would be to use "Anniversary today", this will display every contact who's the person Birthday is today.

NOTE

Custom List View is only for Practice Pro and PracticePro + Accounting databases. For Express databases, you would need to update your database to use this feature.
