Overview
You may want to remove the documents menu item completely from your matters for specific users in your firm. This will ensure your users do not have access to documents. To do this please navigate to:
Admin > Users & Permissions > Menu Permissions
You will then want to click on: Action_Details_Menu
From here you will want to find the specific system role you want to turn off access for. You will then want to untick the box for "Documents".
