If you have access to more than one Actionstep system and are using the Actionstep Outlook add-in, we are aware of an issue where assigning a draft email as you compose it is not always saved back to the matter once that email is sent.
Issues seem to be infrequent but have been recorded.
Actionstep recommends that you only authorise your Office 365 hosted mailbox for one of the Actionstep systems that you have access to.
If you currently have it authorized against multiple systems, we would suggest you de-authorize it in all but one. TO do this, go to the My Profile page by clicking on your name at the top of the Actionstep screen, then scroll to the section Email mailboxes, and find the mailbox that is connected to an Office 365 account. Click Edit next to that account.
