Please note, Xero is longer supporting the creation of invoices through their Cashbook and Ledger plans through an API integration. This means any Actionstep customer who is integrated with Xero and using one of these Xero plans will find that when you go to post an invoice in Actionstep, you will get an error from Xero stopping you from proceeding.
The only solution is to upgrade to a Xero plan that supports invoicing.
To avoid being impacted by this change, please review your Xero plan as soon as possible to ensure you are on a Xero plan that supports invoicing and upgrade your plan today if your plan doesn’t support it.
