Actionstep's New Quick-Add Contact Form is a function that can give you a faster route to billable work - accelerating your matter opening process!
Previously, creating a contact on a matter was a time-consuming process. The long and detailed form was a barrier to users who simply wanted to quickly create a matter. To solve this we have created the 'Quick Add Contact Form'. This short-form captures only the most vital information when starting a matter, containing key fields such as first/last/company name, phone number, and email address. Should any further contact information be required, the full contact entry form can be displayed.
An upcoming release will allow users to capture the address of the contact through the quick-add form, making it available to systems with Australian trust restrictions.
