Q. Can I send my mass billing emails from a system email that is not my default? For example, we have a system default email@example.com however I would like billing emails to come from firstname.lastname@example.org ?
A. here is unfortunately no automatic way to set this up however you can go to Admin – Email – Outbound email and you can add both system mailboxes – you would normally select the email@example.com as the default one – however just before you produce all your approved and sent to customers you can change the setting so that the default email box is set to firstname.lastname@example.org so that all the billing emails are sent from the email@example.com email address. You have to make sure to remember to reset the default email account once this has finished.
