Overview:
You may have noticed when creating a Company Contact you cannot add more than one email address and or phone numbers in the contact form.
With these setting changes below you can add multiple contact information.
- Go to Admin (top right of your Actionstep home page)
- Scroll down and click on Additional Settings
- Click Edit on Participant Types
- Scroll down the page until you find Company, or Organization
- Under the Column Panel Count click on the number ( as below)
You will now be able remove or add access to parts of the contact form.
To add additional Contact information ( Extra email address and phone numbers):
- Scroll down and click on Add Row
- Select Additional Contact Information
- You can also adjust the column and row so that you can choose where the Additional Contact Information will appear when adding a contact.
- Click Save
Now when you are adding/ editing the Company/organization in the contact form you will see the Additional Phone and messaging information section.
