Initiating a Trust Request

In this article you will learn how to navigate to the main Trust Request screen.

NOTE

Trust requests are currently being piloted for New Zealand customers only. If you want to be considered for the pilot, please contact Actionstep support.

• One way to get to the main trust request screen is by clicking on the Green Global Button, Under the Trust Accounting section, click on Trust Request.

                             

                           

• Alternatively, you can hover over 'Trust' from the top black menu then 'Requests' and click on 'Trust Request".

                       

                                     

• These two ways will take you to the Trust Request Main screen, Here you select the type of trust transaction you wish to request.
