Cloudify Inform is developed by our integration partners, Cloudify Legal.

Cloudify Legal's free service provides a broad view of how your firm is performing on a month to month basis with firm, team and individual views. Cloudify Legal's monthly subscription service is more real-time and has a plethora of detailed reporting metrics and ‘drill to detail’ analytic capabilities.

You don’t need any expensive consultants or business intelligence tools to use Cloudify Inform as it is available securely in your web browser. You will need the Actionstep daily data export switched on to power your Cloudify Inform. If you don’t currently have this switched on please contact Cloudify Legal and ask that they arrange this for you. 

Key Features of Clouidfy Inform:

The ActionBI free version consists of the following:

• Firm Dashboard – displaying the main metrics across your selected financial year (tell us which financial year your firm uses and we customise the report accordingly)

• Team Billing – breaking the fees billed and performance against KPIs down by team
• Individual Billing – breaking the fees billed and performance against KPIs down by Fee Earner
• Team Activity – breaking the matters worked, hours worked and effective rate down by Team
• Individual Activity – breaking the matters worked, hours worked and effective rate down by Timekeeper.
